the blurb

Samuel wants to find a wife before he turns thirty. Savannah wants to open a restaurant. Will these best friends kindle a romance before their choices tear them apart?

Samuel feels like a kid wearing adult clothing and decides it’s time to grow up. He is determined to find a wife before he turns thirty—in a few short months’ time. He asks his best friend, Savannah, to compile a list of eligible women.

Savannah’s life-long dream is to open her own restaurant to showcase her innovative cuisine. She’s determined to be the best friend she can to Samuel and help him with Mission Wife—despite her blossoming feelings for him.

Will Samuel realize that the most eligible woman is already standing by his side? And will Savannah find the courage to open herself to love?

Will Savannah and Samuel risk their friendship for a chance at love?

my review

I don’t even know where to start with this. Samuel seemed clueless to a lot of what was happening around him, too lost in himself. Savannah was so meek as to be unbelievable, a complete doormat. And truthfully, the religious tone was overwhelming to the point of off-putting.

About Christie Starr

Christie is a rising Starr (see what I did there!) of inspirational romance!

Christie loves all things sweet romance. She spends hours every day with the folks at Sweet Mist Ranch (in her head) and couldn’t be happier about it. She gets a real kick from writing characters who lead inspirational lives.

Christie dreams of roaming the countryside of Texas. She lives with her husband (part cowboy and part kid wrangler) and her kiddies. Plus a panoply of pets.

Come hang out with Christie at Sweet Mist Ranch!
