about this week’s theme
I just finished a book with recipes, and it made me realize that I love that in a book. It’s like a little surprise, an extra bang for my proverbial buck! So here’s my list…

- Lunar Love by Lauren Kung Jessen
- First Frost by Sarah Addison Allen
- Death by Darjeeling by Laura Childs
- Everything, Everything by Nicola Yoon
- Garden Spells by Sarah Addison Allen
- Catering to Nobody by Diane Mott Davidson
- An Elderly Lady is Up to No Good by Helene Tursten
- Chronicles of a Radical Hag by Lorna Landvik
- Sugar Queen by Sarah Addison Allen
- Arsenic and Adobo by Mia P. Manansala
Great spin on this topic! I always forget these recipes as soon as I read them :)

Garden Spells sure looks interesting.
I also like books that include recipes, although I rarely actually make any of them! Great topic.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

I love books with recipes too! I’ve even cooked a few of them.
I had read Everything Everything and the titles by Sara Addison Allen, but I had forgotten that they had recipes! Nancy Atherton’s mystery series is another that includes a recipe in each book. Kerry Greenwood sometimes includes recipes at the end of her mysteries. Happy reading!
