my review

This is the last book in the series, but rumor has it more are coming based on some of the supporting characters.

I loved the dynamics between Mackenzie and Lucan, the way their bond develops and grows over the course of their story. They are truly perfect foils for one another, even in the midst of the fight of their lives. The battle with Jasper is the central focus of this story, and the pacing leading to this was perfectly balanced. I appreciated that there were several twists and turns that were unexpected.
