The core message of this is solid, about changing the way we talk to ourselves. It’s common sense, but put in ways that I’d never considered. So, at it’s core, it was valuable. But there were moments when it felt a little too repetitive, a little too buzz-wordy. But still, it carries an important message.

Read this if you want to add a little self-care to your life.
