the blurb
Romeo "Rome" James is a single father in need of a nanny. He's got the perfect person in mind, the thing is, all he's done since he met Elizabeth Duncan is picture her in his home, in his bed. Now he's got the chance for at least one of those things. Will he be able to see her there and not want to more?
Doubtful.
Very doubtful.
my review
Kayt Miller never disappoints! Every book she writes has a wonderful story with fabulous characters, and DadBod is no different. It is emotional and smart, and heartwarming in all the right ways.
The dynamic between Elizabeth and Rome is everything I want in a romance novel. It’s heated, it’s emotional, and it isn’t always easy. There’s baggage, on both sides, and they are two imperfect people. But there were other relationships, too, that I loved. The changing relationship between Rome and his children wasn’t smooth, but it was believable and so emotional. And I adored watching Elizabeth’s different relationships with each of the kids. All of it wove together to create a story that was deep and beautiful. Such a great read!
